We changed the pip settings in the most recent version. 0.030 is now 3 on the software.
I am getting an error when entering my password and username.

You need to enter the ID, Password and Username EXACTLY as it appears in your registration email. If you have copy/pasted it, please ensure there are no preceding spaces or trailing ones.
I have downloaded the software, but I cannot open it

You need to unzip the file to be able to run the installer. If you do not have any unzipping software, please download the free program 7zip from the link below 7zip
Does Optionbot work on Mac/Android/Linux/Mobile

Unfortunately, the current version of Optionbot only works on Windows PCs. Look out for Version 2.0 in early 2013 which will be compatible with multiple operating systems.
I am receiving conflicting signals. Is this correct?

Yes, as the markets will fluctuate throughout your trade. The best thing to do, is take one signal, trade on it and ignore the other signals until your trade has expired. Then take the next new signal and repeat the process.
